Foodservice Manager

Pay

Starting pay: $17.95/hr – $19.95/hr.

Schedule

Flexible schedule required for 24/7 store operations, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of foodservice management experience (preferred).
• ServeSafe certification – currently certified or willing to obtain.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging team members and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under high‑pressure situations while providing extraordinary service.
• Effective problem‑solving skills: recognize, analyze, and create solutions to issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example: perform and oversee all tasks and duties required of team members.
• Team development: assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members.
• Facility maintenance: ensure proper and safe food preparation and maintain clean self‑serving food and drink dispensers.
• Operational excellence: conduct inspections of facilities and equipment with the Store Director and third‑party inspectors.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching.
• Reaching above shoulder level and below the waist.
• Bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
• Lifting, carrying, or moving objects up to 50 lb.
• Working safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
