About the role
Lead by Example: Be a team player by fulling & overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members.
Team Development: Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of store team members.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers).
Operational Excellence: Complete with the inspection of facilities/equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections.

- Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize & analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.

Requirements
- Must be 21+ to apply.
- Flexible Schedule: Work on nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Foodservice: 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).
- ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Skills
- Foodservice Management Experience: 2+ years preferred.
- ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Schedule
Flexible Schedule: Our 24/7 stores require your flexibility, including potentially working on nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching.
- Reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
- Lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
