Foodservice Manager

About the role

Lead by Example: Be a team player by fulfilling & overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members.
Team Development: Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of store team members.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers).
Operational Excellence: Complete with the inspection of facilities/equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections.

• Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize & analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible Schedule: Work on nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Foodservice: 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).
• ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Skills

• Foodservice Management Experience: 2+ years preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Pay

$17.95/hr. - $19.95/hr.

Schedule

Flexible Schedule: Work on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching.
• Reaching above shoulder level and below the waist.
• Bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
• Lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
