Food Worker II – North Liberty Hospital

About the role

This position will perform under general supervision, and is responsible for the set-up and preparation of food. Has training and directional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform food preparation and set-up tasks under general supervision.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for food handling and service.
• May assist in training new employees as directed.

Requirements

• One year experience as a Food Worker I or equivalent experience in quantity food preparation/service supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Iowa Food Handlers Card.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
