Education and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cashier, restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and payments.
• Previous POS experience preferred; ability to quickly learn new technology.
• Strong communication, guest service, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain friendly and professional during high-volume service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small, team-oriented operation.
• Ability to follow cash-handling, food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.

Work environment and physical requirements

• Active position requiring extended periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to work in an outdoor food truck environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to operate POS equipment, handle cash, and stock supplies.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and move supplies as needed.
• Ability to maintain an active pace during busy service periods.
• Ability to safely work and move within a confined food truck workspace.
• Must maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area.
