Food Supervisor

Location: Gulf Coast Medical Center

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay

$18 per hour – $22 per hour

Schedule

Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

What You’ll Do

• Provide oversight at the direction of management on‑site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.
• Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attend work and show up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• Team‑oriented, adaptable, reliable, and a nurturer of a healthy/safe working environment.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
