Food Stand Cleaner- WEEKDAYS ONLY

Essential Functions

• Demonstrate efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and Ecolab chemicals
• Maintain a clean food service environment to project the safety and health of the public
• Keeps janitorial storage rooms in clean and orderly condition
• Sweep, Scrub, and Mop each food stand's floors on designated days
• Clean glass windows, sinks, countertops, receptacles, rubber mats, and doors
• Collecting and disposing of trash inside of the food stand or restaurant
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked as required
• Clean and Sanitize all food service commercial equipment
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize the seating areas around the concessions/cantina
• Order cleaning supplies through the Supervisor, making sure that chemicals are in stock
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Work Environment

• Must be able to work outdoors in different kinds of weather conditions or inside of a concessions stand/cantina/restaurant around commercial grade cooking equipment in a safe manner

Physical Demands

• Requires occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Frequent reaching, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling while performing normal job functions
• Standing for long hours and walking long distances
• Must be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
