Food and Nutrition Services is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Services Team Member to join our team.

About the role

This position is per diem with variable hours. The Food Services Team Member role may be responsible for a variety of duties supporting the Nutrition & Food Services department, including assisting with patient meal selection, delivering meals, washing dishes, and fulfilling basic food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, delivering, and retrieving patient meal trays
• Washing, rinsing, and storing dishes
• Performing limited food preparation tasks
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Food safety certification preferred (e.g., ServSafe).
• Experience: Relevant food service experience preferred.

Pay

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.70 per hour.

Schedule

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
