About the role
Support families in their journey towards self-sufficiency through counseling, case management, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Counsel families on personal and family issues
- Manage cases to ensure timely and appropriate services are provided
- Engage with the community to identify resources and support families
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in social services or related field
- Licenses/certifications in counseling or social work preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
