About the role
Assists the Food Services Manager in providing food services that comply with current regulations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates procedures for scraping dishes, washing dishes, proper technique for pot and pan washing.
- Inventory and stock pantries and coders.
- Demonstrates knowledge of diet orders, understanding of NPO diet orders and ability to handle diet orders.
- Demonstrates understanding of procedures from serving associate meals.
- Demonstrates proper procedures for cleaning kitchen equipment such as, carts, tables, counters, ice machine, buckets, blender, mixer, meat slicer, freezer, refrigerator, stove, oven, steamer, garbage disposal, dish machine, coffee/tea maker, steam table, etc.
- Demonstrates proper operation of the dish machine, blender, mixer, meat slicer, steamer, garbage disposal, coffee and tea maker.
Requirements
Previous Experience Preferred.
