About the role
Shift Leaders supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, is self-motivated, and assists managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. This role requires knowledge of store operations and a commitment to quality and customer service.

Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Incredible customer service skills
- Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible schedule (nights, days, weekends, and holidays)
- Pass a background check
Pay
Starting between: $14.20 - $21.10 per hour
