About the role
Shift Leaders supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills to respond to customer needs, is self-motivated, and assists managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. This role requires knowledge of store operations and a commitment to quality and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise employees and restaurant operations

- Operate and troubleshoot equipment such as calculators and computers
- Collaborate with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with diverse groups
- Flexible availability for nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Pass a background check
Pay
Starting between $14.95 - $22.22 per hour.
