Food Services Associate I - Rotating Shifts

Overview

The position is full-time, rotating shifts. Hours are 6:30AM until 3:00PM, 11:00AM until 7:30PM, and 11:30AM until 8:00PM. The position requires working all three shifts and rotating weekends and holidays. Shift pay differentials are eligible.

Position Summary

Prepares, plates, serves, and transports food and supplies to provide a high level of satisfaction for patients, family members, physicians, team members, and the public. Responsible for timely, accurate, and courteous service. Responsible for associated sanitation, cleaning, and infection control practices to ensure food safety. Operates a variety of food service and computer equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience is preferred.
• No experience is required.
• Prior food service experience is preferred.
• Requires the ability to operate kitchen equipment.
• Requires the ability to wear protective equipment/clothing required by the environment or government regulations such as gowns, gloves, goggles, rubber-soled closed-toe footwear, etc.
• Requires adherence to local health regulations and safety requirements to produce safe food for consumption.
• Requires the ability to climb ladders.
