About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Food Service Assistant Manager to lead and support our busy food service department at Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the daily operations of multiple food service locations.
• Coach, train, and support teammates while fostering a positive, team-first culture.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, food costs, and daily operational goals.
• Ensure all food service areas, equipment, and facilities meet the highest cleanliness, safety, and DHEC sanitation standards.
• Jump into any role when needed to maintain efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and contribute to memorable vacation experiences.
• Work collaboratively with other leaders across the campground to ensure smooth, successful daily operations.
