About the role

Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team at our Pecos Pit Stop location. This position supports daily operations of the store's food service program, ensuring high standards of product quality, customer service, sanitation, and team performance. The role assists the Convenience Store Manager in overseeing staff, executing merchandising and production plans, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, and driving sales growth. The Food Service Assistant Manager serves as a hands‑on leader who helps create a positive, efficient, and customer‑focused environment. Department: Operations. Reports To: Convenience Store Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Desire to help customers
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications/licensures as required

• Some weekend and holiday availability is required
