Food Service Worker/Part-time, Evening Shift

About the role

This position performs routine food service tasks including food preparation, serving meals to residents, dishwashing and cleaning the food service areas while following established food service policies and procedures. This position is designated as part-time and primarily evening shift. The work schedule will include at least 10 hours per two-week pay period and may include additional work hours, based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of materials and methods used in preparing food, care and use of cooking utensils and equipment, and food values and nutrition. Ability to perform simple cooking on a large scale, plan and prepare small meals on a household scale, perform cleaning and food service tasks, and follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience prepping, plating, and serving food
• Knowledge of basic sanitation standards

Pay

$20.87 - $25.88 / hourly, plus $2.25/hour for all hours worked after 6:00 pm and before 6:00 am

Schedule

Evening Shift 4:00pm - 7:30pm, days vary. Part-time position with at least 10 hours per two-week pay period, may include additional hours based on business needs.
