FOOD SERVICE WORKER(PART TIME)

Job Summary

This position involves preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed. The role includes performing prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables; weighing and measuring ingredients; carrying pans, kettles, and trays of food; storing food in designated areas; cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils; distributing supplies, utensils, and portable equipment; utilizing approved food recipes and production standards; serving customers in a friendly, efficient manner; resolving customer concerns; ensuring compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures; and performing other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Solves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Affirms compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

About the Role

TouchPoint is seeking a FOOD SERVICE WORKER to join our team. This position is available immediately and can be worked part-time, Monday through Friday, alternating weekends and holidays. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.

Fixed Pay Rate

The fixed pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.
