Food Service Worker Lead

We are seeking a Food Service Worker responsible for assisting with food preparation, portioning, and serving customers. Key Duties Include Preparing food items, setting up and breaking down stations, and cooking according to recipes.Ensuring accurate portions, maintaining temperature logs, and sampling food before serving.Monitoring food quality, removing substandard items, and completing opening and closing checklists.Greeting customers, handling feedback positively, and maintaining a clean, sanitized work environment.Managing waste disposal, transporting supplies, and assisting with safety observations.Cross-training in various areas and supporting special events or catering as needed.Leading team efforts to ensure timely service and coordinating sanitation support. Qualifications Include Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team.Serve Safe Certification.Experience in food service preferred.Physical ability to lift, bend, push, and stand for extended periods, with PPE usage as required.
