Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares cold foods following standardized recipes using quality control standards.
• Makes up patient trays.
• Delivers nourishment preparation and delivery.
• Performs general sanitation tasks such as dishwashing, warewashing, equipment cleaning, and area sanitation as assigned.
• Follows department established policies and procedures.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to prepare cold foods following standardized recipes using quality control standards.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Good motor skills including hand-eye coordination.
• Physically able to perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Education & Experience

• High School Graduate preferred.
• 2 years of food handling or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• California Food Handlers Card or Managers ServSafe Certificate required.

$23-32/hour
