Responsibilities
- Reports to the Manager Culinary or Operations Manager, Food & Nutrition Services or designee.
- Supports the main kitchen of the Food & Nutrition Department by setting up all stations and performing positions, breaking down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized.
- Performs floor stock procedures.
- Cleans and sanitizes equipment and food surfaces according to procedures.
- Affirms that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated before storage or placement for sale.
- Uses proper utensils to ensure accurate portions.
- Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Experience with proper food safety/sanitary procedures are preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range: USD $16.32 - USD $22.94 /Hr.
