Food Service Worker

Responsibilities

• P repare and serve food to our patients, staff, and visitors
• E nsure food safety by following hygiene and sanitation guidelines
• O perate kitchen equipment like ovens, slicers, or dishwashers
• S tock supplies and maintain inventory
• C lean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• T ake and fulfill meal orders according to dietary guidelines for patients
• H andle cash or operate a register for cafeteria transactions

Qualifications

• Starting July 1, 2017, High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• County Specific requirement: County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
