Responsibilities

• Train and assign work to staff and inmates
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with security protocols
• Follow production plans and safety procedures
• Obtain and maintain food safety certification
• Qualify for security clearance

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Preferred experience in food preparation or supervision
• Ability to motivate and supervise in a correctional setting
• Must follow all safety procedures
