Responsibilities
- Operate dish machine and ensure work area and equipment are clean.
- Prompt distribution of patient meal carts, tray passing, and return of soiled trays.
- Break down evening catering meals and clean meeting rooms.
- Sweep, mop, and take out mats for cleaning, as well as remove all trash.
- Close kitchen and secure doors after leaving the department.

Requirements
- High school graduate or GED (preferred).
- Food Handlers Certification.
- Ability to read and write in English and follow both verbal and written instructions.
- No previous experience required.
