Responsibilities
- Independently operate a remote food service area / espresso bar
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso
- Weigh, prepare, and serve meals
- Clean work area and equipment
- Take cash payment for meals and drinks
- Operate cooking, espresso and kitchen equipment
- Auxiliary in maintaining daily stock of work area and weekly inventory
- Perform related duties as required
Requirements
- Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment
- One year of experience preparing and serving food and beverage

Pay Range Minimum: $21.70 hourly
Pay Range Maximum: $24.97 hourly
