FOOD SERVICE UTILITY (ON CALL)

About the role

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking an immediate hire for an on-call FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position at Cafe Carnival located at 3655 Northwest 87th Avenue, Doral, FL 33178. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is an on-call schedule from Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Further details will be provided during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers.
• Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Aids in loading or unloading and delivering supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous dishwashing experience.
• Experience using a commercial washer.

Pay

The pay range is $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour. Additional benefits include:
