Food Service Team Member

About the role

Join our Food & Beverage Team and provide a positive dining experience for guests while maintaining safe and sanitary food practices. Kings Island offers more than 100 rides, an award-winning kids’ area, a 33-acre waterpark, shows, and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Operate registers and correctly collect payment for orders.
• Fulfill guests’ orders and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain proper stock levels for serving, kitchen, dining, and condiment areas.
• Greet guests, ensure quality service, and resolve guest concerns.

Requirements

• Ability to interact well with others from all backgrounds and age groups.
• Work well within a team with a commitment to safety.
• Availability to work some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for helping others and supporting the needs of guests and team members.
