Food Service Supervisor

Full-Time, Onsite position at Canyon County Detention Center, ID.

About the role

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated food service supervisor to our correctional facility kitchen team. As a food service supervisor, you will directly oversee the production and service of meals.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
• Ensure all meals meet standards for quality.

Requirements

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.

Qualifications

• Nice-to-have: An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Nice-to-have: Food Handler’s certification.

Pay

$20.00 per hour with weekly pay.
