Food Service - Server / Food Service Associate

What You’ll Do

• Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by not only cooking but serving attractive and nutritious meals.
• Duties include quantity cooking, dish room duties, cleaning duties, serving resident’s meals, restocking and other kitchen responsibilities, along with meal prep and catering as needed.
• Some positions will be responsible for assisting with breakfast prep, working the bistro area and some baking tasks.
• This position may include transportation of meals to Cass Street Assisted Living.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to multitask is a must.
• Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment.
• Quantity cooking experience, a plus but not required.
• The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities.
• Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community, preferred.

Our Wages

• Starting between $15.50 and $18.00 per hour, more based on qualifications, experience, and hours worked.
• Train to fill in for Assistant Cook shifts for more pay!
• We pay for high performance! We will review your performance and wage at 100 days plus at least annually.
