Food Service - Production Helper

Job Summary

Aid in food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain high quality in food production and portion sizes.
• Complete logs and records as needed.
• Operate, clean, and maintain food service equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Attend training sessions and in-service meetings.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Show interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show organizational and basic math skills.
• Show ability to multitask.
• Show ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Show proficiency in food preparation.

Requirements

• Food Service Sanitation Certificate required.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Terms of Employment

• Salary and benefits will be determined by the collective bargaining agreement between the Board of Education and the United Support Staff Council.
