HOURS OF OPERATION
- : Monday – Friday (6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
- : Monday- Thursday, 10:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., Saturday or Sunday
- Hours may vary to meet the needs of the department
Qualifications
- Positive attitude
- Productive with minimal supervision
- Good attendance record
- Wear dark slacks and slip resistant shoes
- Driver's license (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Two years food services experience (preferred)
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Vigilant in cleaning and organizing assigned area
- Maintain sanitary conditions in food preparation and serving areas
- Empty and clean trash containers, dispose of food and trash in a sanitary manner
- Sweep and mop kitchen, serving, and dining areas
- Duties within the department may change based on needs
- May include cashier services, food preparation, dining area upkeep, dishwashing, custodial care, assisting with catering events, and maintaining a professional work environment
Physical Demands And Work Environment
- Travel to various campus locations district wide for catering events
- Able to work flexible schedule including weekends or nights
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Able to stretch, reach above head, and shoulders
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to perform tasks related to food preparation and kitchen sanitation
