Food Service - Moe's Deli Attendant

About the role

Provide a world-class customer experience by greeting all customers, responding to questions, operating the cash register, and making change. Operate meat and cheese slicers, prep, create, and sell a variety of food items. Up-sell deli items, maintain high standards for product freshness and sanitation, fill and rotate products and displays, and assist in other duties as assigned by supervisors and management.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and provide accurate change
• Operate meat and cheese slicers
• Prep, create, and sell a variety of food items
• Up-sell deli items
• Maintain product freshness and sanitation standards
• Fill and rotate products and displays
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors and management

Requirements

• 1 year in food service experience is preferred
• Must obtain an Oregon Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service
• Experience operating a cash register and counting change
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers
• Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
• Passion for serving people

Pay

$17.25 - $18.25 per hour
