About the role
We are searching for an efficient and flexible restaurant general manager to oversee our high-volume restaurant. You will be held accountable for the restaurant's financial and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Staff, interview, hire, and train teams
- Coach, manage, and develop teams
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Lead a team and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience managing a restaurant or similar role in the customer service industry
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a leader who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Pay
$24 - $25 hourly
