About the role

We are hiring a vibrant and outgoing full-time Food Service Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This position earns a competitive wage of $22.50-$27.25/hr and operates on a full-time schedule.

Schedule

We operate 7 days a week, open from 6:00am to 10:00pm. For this position, the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am and 7:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees
• Developing daily and weekly menus
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory, sales, and shrink
• Evaluating and ensuring product quality and selection
• Analyzing financials
• Maintaining cleanliness of the department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in deli or food service leadership
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts
• Strong understanding of food preparation and food service operations
• Strong understanding of retail operations
• Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
