Responsibilities
- Leading and developing team members using coaching models
- Ensuring performance standards, safety, and sanitation
- Managing client relationships
- Maintaining financial targets through P&L oversight and performance metrics
- Ensuring efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Supervising food quality and production
- Leading front-of-house dining activities
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and regulatory policies
- Fostering a positive, customer-focused environment
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain effective client rapport
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
