About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, MN. The Food Service Manager will manage daily food service operations, supervise and direct frontline staff, and ensure patient and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day food service operations and team members
• Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff and supervisors
• Interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Deliver high-quality food services including retail, catering, and patient meal management operations

Requirements

• Strong food service or patient services background
• Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills
• Natural ability to influence, eagerness to learn, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated high-level professional communication skills
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Healthcare food service experience preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
• Minimum Management Experience: 1 year
