Food Service Expert

The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent guest experience by maintaining product freshness, availability, accurate pricing, and proper signing on the sales floor. This role focuses on operations, process efficiency, and leading food services, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Maintain Food & Beverage standards and Pizza Hut brand standards (where applicable).
• Execute processes such as food deliveries, replenishment, merchandising, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, and organizing reserve products.
• Produce, package, and label items according to specifications to drive sales and profitability.
• Maintain a clean and inviting dining area (as applicable).
• Update salesfloor displays as directed and stay informed about current promotions.
• Complete and record cleaning tasks in the food service area.
• Follow perishable inventory procedures and monitor temperature-sensitive items.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products.
• Complete Pizza Hut training and certifications (where applicable).
• Support guest services, including cashier duties, order pick-up, and drive-up, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively, operate technology, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and follow multi-step processes.
• Remain composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Access all areas of the building to address guest or team member issues.
• Interpret instructions, reports, and information.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb ladders and lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures, including refrigeration and freezer conditions, and handle common allergens.
• Remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts.

Pay

Starting Hourly Rate: $17.50 USD per hour

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
