Food Service Dining Room Orderly

About the Role

The Food Service Dining Room Orderly supports dining operations by managing dining room cleanliness and assisting with service tasks at multiple OCONUS locations, contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

• Provide bussing services to maintain a clean and orderly dining environment.
• Manage a limited dining room staff to ensure efficient service operations.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.
• Adhere to Amentum’s safety culture, including completing all training requirements and participating in emergency response tasks.
• Comply with Amentum’s Quality Policy to ensure customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery.
• Read, understand, and implement operational, safety, quality, and environmental procedures relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the food service industry.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Possess a SECRET security clearance at the time of award.

Work Environment

• Work primarily in dining areas with exposure to food service activities.
• Physical demands include standing for long periods and light lifting.
• Mental demands include attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
