Food Service Cook Manager 27TP031

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of paid experience in preparation and serving of large quantities of meals in a cafeteria or food service setting (serving at least 100 persons daily).
• Successful supervisory experience (preferred).

Licenses & Certificates

• Possession of a valid California Driver’s License; candidates must provide and maintain an official motor vehicle driving record and proof of compliance with district safe driving standards.
• Must have and maintain a Food Safety Certificate.

Required documents: DMV printout (driving record), copy of driver’s license, resume, ServSafe certificate (food handler).
