Position Highlights
- Affords assistance in receiving and storing food and supplies to prevent waste and assure quality products.
- Involved in reviewing menus, therapeutic menus, recipes, and production sheets before preparing meals.
- Ensures accurate, attractive, and timely preparation of meals and snacks according to standardized recipes and special diet orders.
- Responsible for checking trays for accuracy of diets, preferences, and quality before serving.
- Participates in serving on the tray line and delivering carts to floors as needed.
