Food Service Clerk

About the role

Part-time Food Service Clerk position at Lunds & Byerlys Eagan, creating a sensational shopping experience for customers. The role offers a competitive wage of $16.00-$18.00/hr and operates 7 days a week, with store hours from 6:00am to 10:00pm. Scheduled shifts range between 8:00am and 10:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Slicing deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Wrapping, weighing, and pricing deli items accurately
• Stocking, rotating, and staging deli merchandise to ensure quality and freshness
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in deli or food service
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
