About the role
The Food Services Associate will assist the Café Team and the overall operation of the Café, ensuring a welcoming environment, quality food, and service.
Responsibilities
- Ability to perform all day-to-day operations of the café
- Drink preparation, proper use of coffee, smoothie and kitchen equipment, food preparation, use of register, and properly serving customers
- Ability to prepare food
- Prepare for special events
- Regular attendance at TBC church services, meetings, activities, staff functions, and events as required
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications
The ideal candidate would be a believer in Jesus Christ and possess significant education, training and experience in food and customer service.
Schedule
- Part Time, stipend, 10-14.5 hours/week for 2026
- Starting January 2027: 15-19.5 hours/week
- Summer may require adjusted days/hours
Reporting: The Chapel Café Food Service Associate reports to the Chapel Café Manager.
