Food Service Assistant - Part Time

About the role

As a Part-Time Food Service Assistant, you get the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Veterans by preparing nutritious meals and fostering a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, including selecting and assembling trays
• Deliver and collect food carts from various areas
• Clean the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and removing garbage
• Operate and safely use kitchen equipment
• Lift, carry, and transfer heavy food containers

Qualifications

• 0 – 1 years of experience in food service or related field
