Food Service Assistant - FT Days - Long Term Care (LTC)

Job Summary

The Food Service Assistant is responsible for various duties including monitoring and recording proper food temperatures, setting up and maintaining a clean and sanitized serving area, preparing and serving food items, restocking food areas, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, receiving payment for food and beverages using a computerized register, and other related responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous customer service experience, retail counting and reconciliation of money, and knowledge of food service preferred
• Possesses ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
• Ability to perform basic math

Pay

• $17.10 - $20.85 per hour

Schedule

• Full time
• 40.00 weekly hours
• Day shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm every other weekend and holiday rotation
