About the role
The Food Service Aide will ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are professionally presented and served with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all meals are prepared and served in a timely manner
- Present meals in a visually appealing manner
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
- Follow food safety protocols
- Assist with meal preparation and serving as needed
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED required
- Experience as wait staff or host/hostess/captain preferred
- Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
- Fly vaccination required during flu season
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: High School graduate or GED
Skills
- Customer service skills
- Food service experience
- Ability to work with geriatric and/or Dementia residents
