Food Service Aide - PT Evening Shift
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to these headings where appropriate.
We have:
- Pay: Starting Pay $14.70/hour Weekly pay
- Benefits: myFlexPay, PTO cash out, 7 paid holidays, Vision Insurance, 401(k) match, Referral Bonus Program
- Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list)
- Skills: Skills And Abilities (list)
- Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications (high school diploma or equivalent preferred) plus maybe Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Application Skills, Certificates etc. Could combine into Requirements/Qualifications.
- Schedule: Part Time (mentioned). Could include Schedule section.
- About the role: Intro paragraph.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for each.
We must not repeat job title as heading (not given). No Job ID.
We must output only HTML fragment.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

We need to decide which content is list vs prose.
Intro paragraph: prose

Benefits: list: myFlexPay – ability to receive pay before payday; Paid time off with ability to cash out; 7 paid Holidays; Vision Insurance; 401(k) with match; Referral Bonus Program. Use

Skills: list of abilities: "Communicates well with other associates, patients, family members, and visitors providing warm and friendly greeting and an approachable attitude. Could be

We need to decide sections: About the role, Pay, Benefits, Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications (maybe Requirements), Schedule.
We have Schedule: Part Time (mentioned). Could be a

We must not create sections with filler. So we include Schedule only if we have specific content: "Part Time". That's specific.
Now we need to avoid boilerplate: EEO etc removed.

Schedule
Part Time
We should also maybe include Physical Demands? Not in allowed headings list but could be included as a section if we want but instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Physical Demands is substantive but not in the example headings list; but we could still include as a section with Physical Demands
if we want. However the instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive. Could add Physical Demands as a section. But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding Physical Demands would be another section. Might be okay but we already have many sections. Could combine Physical Demands into Qualifications or About the role? Probably better to include as its own section because it's specific. However the instruction says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". Physical Demands has content. So we could add.
But we must avoid too many sections. Let's see: we have About the role, Pay, Benefits, Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications, Schedule, Physical Demands. That's 8 sections. Might be okay but they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Physical Demands into Qualifications? But it's not qualification. Could add as a separate section.
Alternatively we could omit Schedule because Part Time is already mentioned in Pay line? Actually Pay line includes "Part Time Starting Pay". So Schedule could be inferred. But they want Schedule section only if posting states it. It does state Part Time. So we could keep.
We could also combine Pay and Schedule into one section? But they are separate headings examples. Might be okay to keep both.
Given the instruction to prefer few sections, maybe we should merge some: About the role (intro), Pay & Benefits combined? But they gave examples separate. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Pay and Benefits into one section "Compensation & Benefits". But the examples list Pay and Benefits separate. Not required to follow exactly; just examples. But safer to follow examples? The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are typical headings but not mandatory to use all. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can choose which headings to use. We could use About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills could be part of Qualifications. But they gave Skills as example. Might
