Food Server - Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Work part‑time, independently and as part of a crew, providing buffet‑style service for Hormel Foods functions.
- Set up and clean up/dishwashing for events.
- Perform advanced home‑style food preparation and serving.
- Handle grocery shopping and interact with internal and external customers.
- Expedite meals independently in the absence of the corporate chef.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated initiative.
- Passion for food.
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States (no future visa sponsorship required).
- Preferred: Food service experience and understanding of kitchen operations.

Pay Range & Benefits
Base hiring pay range: $12.00 – $16.75 per hour, determined by job‑related knowledge, skill set, experience, and geographic market location.
