FOOD SERVER - LA TRATTORIA

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage as needed.
• Maintain service station and equipment.
• Maintain all forms, reports, checks, and vouchers as required.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Aid in training new employees as required.
• Communicate with guests and other employees to ensure a smooth operation.
• Comply with all Fisher Island standards, including grooming standards, standards of conduct, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Skills / Work Experience Required

• Knowledge of fine food service preferred.
• Previous server experience preferred.
• The ability to act in a professional manner and be courteous.
• The ability to speak and read English.
