Food Server Carnegies Cafe- Extra Board (Tropicana Laughlin)

About the role

As a Café Food Server at Carnegies Café, you’ll deliver warm hospitality, efficient service, and the Family-Style care that defines Caesars Entertainment. You’ll serve food and beverage orders, create accurate guest checks, and ensure guests enjoy a smooth, friendly dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm salutation and take beverage orders promptly
• Take food and beverage orders using a tray and check back often for refills and guest needs
• Monitor assigned tables and remove used dishes when guests have finished eating
• Deliver guest checks, process payments, and return change or receipts accurately
• Assist with assembling food orders and support smooth café operations
• Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
• Deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family-Style Service at all times
• Maintain full knowledge of all menu items, including those on the buffet line, and provide helpful answers to guest questions

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 3–6 months of experience in a similar restaurant, hotel, or casino environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
• Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Must possess and maintain a current SNHD Health Card
• Must possess and maintain an Alcohol Card
• POS terminal experience helpful
