Job Summary
The Food Server is responsible for ensuring that all guests are provided with a memorable dining experience. The Property is a newer facility in Oak Grove, Kentucky, near Fort Campbell.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.
- Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Responsible to perform “responsible alcohol service” with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training, if needed.
- Be able to carry serving trays full of dinner plates.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.
- Able to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Fine dining experience, preferably in a high-volume casino steakhouse is preferred.
- Knowledge of wines, alcohol and basic food knowledge is preferred.
- 6 months prior work experience is preferred.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.

- The employee is subjected to circulation throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines.
