Food Safety Quality Supervisor

Your role

Guarantee site compliance of foods safety and quality standards
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
Drive reduction in customer complaints for site
Manage, provide guidance and feedback for leads, technicians and other staff.

Requirements

• 3-5 years Food Safety Quality experience within a manufacturing facility.
• BS degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related technical field preferred.
• Familiar with FDA (FSMA) requirements and food safety systems.
• FSMA/Preventive Controls
  Food Safety Plan/HACCP design, measurement, documentation, and training.
• PCQI/HACCP certified, preferred.
• Understanding of food safety quality systems and programs (GFSI &/or ISO).
• Understanding of quality analysis, sanitation, processing techniques and general microbiology.
